10/10! I got into an accident in March and was devastated with what happened to my car. My good friend recommended me to Impact and said how amazing they were. I figured I would give the shop a try since I knew I wanted my car to look good. Eddie was great, the shop great. They even washed the exterior of my car and vacuumed the interior, I love it. They handled my car with care. I missed my car and it looks as it did before the accident. Needed some things done to my car. The front bumper was misaligned by the previous mechanics when they replaced my radiator and the front bumper never lined up properly at some other issue with the car there’s no insurance issue this was out of my pocket. Chris, the shop manager is super nice guy. The staff is very friendly. My car was done when it was supposed to be done and the price was extremely reasonable. That’s Why I recommend these guys ….and mainly because I used to own the Body Shop 30 years ago and I can see through bullshit. this is a no bullshit place. They’re kind and courteous and hopefully I’ll never have to take my car to Body Shop. If I do this where it’s gonna go.

I got into a fender bender and my whole bumper was pushed in I didn’t wanna go through my insurance so I went on Facebook and ask for recommendations on where to go who is the most honest and in the comment section more than 10 different people told me to go to impact. From the minute I arrived the young kid gave me a quote he was very honest upfront I gave him a deposit with a week he had my parts in and my truck fixed I couldn’t be more happier I would recommend them to anybody. Very personable fast efficient and not the cheapest but also not the most expensive just like anything you get what you pay for. Look no further in contact impact you’ll be happy.

I stupidly missed the "HOV lanes closed" sign on 595 and slammed into the metal guardrail blocking the HOV entrance, going about 75 mph. The impact bent the steel rollover bar between my windshield and the driver-side window. I read Impact's reviews and hoped for the best, but man, Eddie and his team are friggin ARTISTS! My car somehow looks newer than it is! I can't say enough about their service and professionalism.
